At Spencer Enterprises, we have been using whiteboards for presentations for the last 18+ years. They have been crucial to our marketing campaigns and invaluable to our success. However, it did not take long for us to see (and feel) some of the challenges: keeping the board and easel together in the same bag, the locking barrel for adjustments just would not stay tight (after awhile), aluminum dust all over you after set up and take down, adjusting the legs for height, then the supports for the board - level, level, level - only to have one of them (or both) self adjust at a very inconvenient time (like during your best pitch) and many other issues.
So, we were sharing war stories one day and somebody said, "Sure wish we could make one like we want it to be ..." (LIGHT BULB!) Well, why not? Just so happens, one of our partners has been designing and manufacturing products for 30+ years, so he said, "let me see what I can do!" Lo and behold, TRI-BOARD was born.
